Often we find that members of our community needs assistance beyond the direct services we provide. We offer office space to other local programs and service agencies to operate from our location in Hightstown. This allows us to provide our clients with complete assistance without duplicating existing services.
Association for Advancement of Mental Health (AAMH) - provides counseling to individuals, youth and families three days per week, on site at Rise in our new Counseling Center.
Better Beginning Child Development Center - offers pre-K children a multi-cultural, bilingual curriculum with activites based on individual learning styles.
Jewish Family & Children’s Services - provides services and programs including therapy, information and referral, support, education and advocacy.
Mercer County Board of Social Services - provides economic and social services to individuals and families residing in Mercer County based upon financial need.
New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services - monthly drop-in sessions with DOSS counselor.
New Jersey Department of Labor - claims for unemployment benefits and wage claim intermediation.
New Jersey Family Care - provides assistance with paperwork and navigation of the health care system.
Womanspace - serves individuals and families impacted by domestic and sexual violence
